I have been a licensed Realtor since 2019 although I've been familiar with the business for most of my life! My dad (Craig Mincy) has been a broker for over 25 years and I grew up going to showing and listing appointments with him... and I loved it!!

Some of my early memories are of walking through his listed properties and trying to convince buyers to purchase them!

In a way, the business of Real Estate found me. I decided to earn my license instead of pursing a college education and am very happy I did. Real Estate is a perfect career for a personality like mine. I am driven, motivated, energetic, strategic and enjoy the unpredictable nature of Real Estate. It's challenging and always different which makes it that much more interesting! There is no limit in this line of work and the possibilities are endless!

One of my favorite aspects of working as a Real Estate Agent is attending closings where I get to see happy people make one of the most exciting and rewarding financial decisions of their lives.
