Our standard Real Estate listing commission, for a residential home, is 5% of the total sales price but if your property is under contract within in 30 days, we will reduce our rate to 4.5% which could save you thousands!

• We provide a website for your listing using your address so buyers can find it when searching for homes.

• We negotiate on your behalf and are with you from “Contract to Closing”

• We coordinate and monitor the buyer’s mortgage process, all inspections and applicable appraisal.

• We confirm all showing appointments via phone, text or email - your choice.

• We will coordinate Mortgage Payoff(s), Title Insurance, and Attend the Closing!
